It is brought to the notice that there is inadvertent mistake in paragraph 1 of the judgment dated 10.09.2020 regarding the case number.

In view of that, the case number in paragraph 1 of the said judgment be read as "Summary Criminal Case No.1056 of 2004" instead of "Regular Criminal Case No.1065/2004".

Correction be made in the judgment to that effect.
