2. This is an appeal filed by the original

accused no.3 - Nandu Ashok Shelke, challenging

the judgment and order of conviction dated

12.07.2019 in Special (POCSO) Case No. 76/2017.

Initially in all four accused were tried for various

offences under Indian Penal Code and Protection of

Children from Sexual Offences Act. The trial

Court held all the four accused guilty and imposed

maximum sentence to undergo rigorous

imprisonment for 7 years.

3. Though the original accused nos. 1, 2

and 4 are also convicted, their appeals are not

before me. The learned Counsel appointed for the

appellant as well as the learned A.P.P. are not

aware as to whether the other convicted accused

have preferred any appeal or not.

4. The other convicted original accused are

- Accused No.1 - Shantaram Tukaram Jichkar,

Accused No.2 Rahul @ Golu Suresh Gadekar and

Accused No.4 Vikkey @ Dhakkan @ Nikhil

Dnyaneshwar Pawar, whose appeals are not before

the Court. For the sake of convenience, all the

appeals, if filed by the other co-accused, are

required to be heard and decided together.

5. Registrar (Judicial) is requested to

verify the position as to whether the above named

convicted co-accused have preferred any appeal/s,

whether they are pending, and place his report

before this Court on 05.08.2021.
