In furtherance of discussion, which took place on earlier date

i.e. on 9th April, 2021, Mr. Kantawala, learned counsel for the Petitioners on

instructions, submitted that, his clients intend to pursue the present Review

Petition, instead of approaching the Hon'ble Supreme Court at this stage.

2 In view thereof, place the present Review Petition for hearing

on 18th June, 2021 at 2.30 p.m. in Court.

3 Mr. Thatte, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted

that, on 19th May, 2020 i.e. the date on which the Order under Review was

pronounced, the Petitioners had sought stay to the said Judgment for a

period of 8 weeks, so as to challenge the same before the Supreme Court.

He further submitted that, for last about one year, there is a stay to the said

Order and therefore, the Respondent No.1 may be provided with ad-hoc

compensation in that behalf.

4 In view thereof, the Petitioners are directed to pay an ad-hoc

compensation of Rs.5 lakhs to the Respondent No.1 within a period of two

weeks from today. The said amount be paid to the Respondent No.1

directly, either by way of Demand Draft or through RTGS/NEFT Transfer, in

his Account.

Stand over to 18th June, 2021 at 2.30 p.m. in Court.

Interim relief granted earlier, to continue till the next date.
