ORDER :

1. These are Applications moved by the State of Maharashtra

for condonation of delay in filing Appeal/s challenging the Judgment

and Award passed in Land Acquisition Reference matter. The delay is of

1281 days. Learned counsel for the non-applicant is not seriously

opposing the Applications for condonation of delay.

2. I have gone through the contents of the Applications.

3. Though the delay is inordinate, however, sufficient cause has

been shown by pointing out the steps taken in the matter to obtain

certified copy and, thereafter, obtain necessary sanction and the

procedure which was followed at the Government level.

4. In that view of the matter, I find that sufficient reasons are

shown in this matter and, therefore, delay caused in filing the Appeals is

condoned. The Registry is directed to register the Appeals and place the

same for admission before this Court.

5. Civil Applications are disposed of.
