2                   The petitioner had prayed for premature release as he

is over 65 years of age.                                     However, now the petitioner has

addressed a letter dated 11.9.2017 to this Court wherein he has

stated that he does not wish to pursue this petition as there is a

possibility of him being released. The said letter is taken on
