V .K.TAHILRAMANI, J.) :

1. Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was undergoing life imprisonment in

Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. From there the petitioner was

transferred to open prison at Gadchiroli. The prayer of the

petitioner is that he may be transferred to open prison at

Yerwada Central Prison, Pune.

3. The learned APP on instruction states that the

petitioner by order dated 08/10/2017 has been transferred to

Yerwada Open Prison, Pune. Thus, nothing survives in this

Petition. Rule is discharged.
