 ORAL ORDER :

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of

the deceased petitioner No.3 on record, for whom learned Counsel Shri

Hon appears.

2. In view of no objection and for the reasons disclosed in the

application, same stands allowed in terms of Prayer clause "A" and "B".

3. Appropriate amendment be carried out within two weeks,

failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to

the Court.
