. The application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel argued for interim relief. Seen the papers which include the copy of the order made by the Sessions Court. There is no discussion on the injury which was sustained by the injured witness.

2. Considering the reasons given by the applicants in the application, this Court holds that the protection needs to be given to the present applicants till disposal of the case. In the result, the order is made that in case of arrest of the applicants in C.R.412 of 2017 registered with Walchandnagar Police Station, Tal.Indapur for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 363 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) by each of them with one surety of the like amount. The applicants are not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. They are not to commit similar offences. This interim protection is to remain in existence till 1 st September 2017.
