 P.C.:

 1.      Heard   learned   Counsel   for   the   parties.     The   learned   Advocate
 Mr.Samir Bhojwani for defendants in Suit No.997 of 2010 submits that
 he has already filed his vakalatnama in the Registry.   He submits that
 the Registry has raised objection for earlier Advocate's No Objection. He
 submits that he requires 6 weeks time to go through the entire papers in
 the present proceeding.

 2.      The   same   is   vehemently   opposed   by   the   learned   Counsel
 appearing on behalf of the plaintiffs in the suit.  


 3.      Considering   the   submission   made   by   the   learned   Counsel   for
 defendants,   I   satisfy   that   the   defendants   have   made   out   a   case   for
 adjournment,   but   as   a   last   chance   on   the   payment   of   costs   of
 Rs.6,000/-.  Hence, the following order:-


                                        ORDER

(i) At the request of learned Counsel for defendants, matter is adjourned by 6 weeks;

(ii) Defendants to pay costs of Rs.6,000/- to the plaintiffs or their Counsel within two weeks from today.

(iii) S.O. for 6 weeks.
