1. The learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants in

both the Appeals seeks permission to withdraw these Appeals

with liberty to file Miscellaneous Applications before the

Customs, Excise And Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

2. We, accordingly, dispose of the Appeals as

withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If such Applications are made

by the Appellants, the Appellate Tribunal shall decide the same

on its own merits.

3. All contentions of the Appellants are kept open,

which can be agitated in the Miscellaneous Application.
