ORAL JUDGMENT :

1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard learned

advocates for the parties finally with consent.

2. This Miscellaneous Civil Application has been moved by the

applicant - wife seeking transfer of proceedings bearing Hindu

Marriage Petition No. 48 of 2015 initiated by respondent-

husband in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani for

dissolution of marriage to Family Court at Pune.

3. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the

applicant is staying along with her two children, aged about 7

and 4 years respectively in village Mangaon, Taluka - Mulshi,

District- Pune. She had been residing with her parents. Distance

between Mangaon and Parbhani is about 450 kilometers. Her

parents are doing labour work. In the circumstances, it is very

difficult for the applicant to undertake journey in order to attend

court proceedings at Parbhani.

4. Learned advocate for respondents though purports to

resist aforesaid submissions, veracity of the same could not be

disputed upon any material on behalf of the respondent-

husband.

5. In view of aforesaid, I deem it appropriate that the

Miscellaneous Civil Application deserves positive consideration.

6. As such, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed.

Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause "B".
