1. By consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the

appeal is taken up for final hearing.

2. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties

and the parties have placed on record a compromise petition to that

effect. The same is duly affirmed by the parties as well as signed by

their respective counsel.

3. The appellant through its President as well as respondent

no.1 are personally present in the Court. They reiterate about

settlement.

In that view of the matter, the Letters Patent Appeal is

disposed of in terms of the compromise petition. No order as to costs.
