Corporation submits that as Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has

also filed a Writ Petition, it would not be possible for him to contest

the matter on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad and

seeks discharge.

2. Mr.Shah, learned counsel states that he is instructed to

appear on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad in both

the matters.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14.12.2016
