This appeal has been filed by the appellant/wife being

aggrieved from the decree of divorce on the petition of the

respondent/husband, dated 27.01.2005 passed in H.M.O.P.No.55 of

(RNT,J & VN,J C.M.A. NO.714 OF 2007)

2002 on the file of the Court of the learned Principal Senior Civil

Judge, Nellore.

2. Smt. Kopparthi Sumathi, learned counsel representing

Sri M.Subba Reddy, learned for the appellant has submitted that she

has instructions from the appellant, that the appellant has no interest

in prosecuting the appeal further and the appeal be dismissed as

withdrawn.
