             CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2212 of 2024

ORDER:

1. The present Revision filed questioning the order dated 04.10.2012 in E.P.No.21 of 2006 in O.S.No.67 of 2003 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District in rejecting the objections of the petitioners/judgment debtors.

2. At the time of hearing, it is represented by Sri K.M.R. Bala Prasad, proxy counsel for Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the order impugned, the E.P was dismissed for default on 09.12.2014.

3. In view of the dismissal of the E.P, the Civil Revision Petition has been rendered infructuous, as no cause of action survives for determining whether the objections urged by the petitioner were valid or not.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
