"No representation for the appellant.

2. Sri Kancharlapalli Siva Rama Prasad, learned counsel appears for the respondent through virtual mode.

3. This appeal is filed by the wife challenging the decree of divorce granted on the petition filed by the husband.

4. In this appeal there is a stay on the operation of divorce decree. Record, further shows that the matter was argued on some dates by the learned counsel for the appellant.

5. Considering the same, post on 12.09,2024, as last opportunity to appear and argue the matter."

2. No representation for the appellant today as well.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall
