As per the proceedings dated 09.09.2024, on behalf of the

appellant it is represented that sole appellant died and steps

needs to be taken. The matter is adjourned for taking steps to

implead the LRs of the deceased appellant, but steps have not

been taken as per the Registry's endorsement.

It seems that LRs of the appellant have no interest to purse

the appeal. Hence, this appeal is dismissed for default. No

costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending

consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
