Learned counsel for the respondents present.
Proceedings dated 11.09.2024 shows that in view of the
death of the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the
appellant, this Court ordered notice to the appellant. The notice
was served to the appellant on 25.07.2024 and it was served, but
so far, the legal representatives of the appellant have not taken
steps to come on record.
It seems that LRs of appellant are not showing interest to
come on record. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No
costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending
consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
