JUDGMENT:

- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari) This appeal has been filed by the appellant/plaintiff being

aggrieved from the dismissal order to grant temporary injunction, dated

23.08.2012, passed in I.A.No.2383 of 2012 in O.S.No.258 of 2012 on

the file of the Court of the learned II Additional District Judge,

Vijayawada.

2. M/s.T.V.N.Bhuvana Rukmini, learned counsel representing

Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the

suit in O.S.No.258 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the learned II

Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, itself, has been disposed of on

20.02.2013 and consequently this appeal has been rendered

infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed as infructuous.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
