 JUDGMENT:

It is represented that learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a

letter on 20.11.2020 to the appellant but it was returned with an endorsement

"addressee deceased" and return to sender and a memo to that effect was

filed in the Registry on 14.10.2024. It is further represented that legal

representatives of the appellant is also not evincing any interest to come on

record to prosecute the Appeal.

2. In view of the death of the appellant and as the legal representatives of

appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the Appeal, this Second

Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
