2. Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the appellant appearing through virtual mode, submits that the trial Court has granted a decree of divorce without considering the grounds of desertion contemplated under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
4. Sri Siva Nagarjuna, learned counsel representing Sri TVS Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no instructions from the respondent and the respondent took away the bundle from him since long back.
