This application is filed under Section 5 of
the Limitation Act seeking condonation of 13
days delay in preferring the criminal revision by
C.B.I. Visakhapatnam.
Heard both sides.
As the affidavit indicates hierarchy delay
resulted in this delay. Since facts are not
actually opposed, the ground assigned is
considered satisfactory and the delay is
condoned.
Accordingly, this application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the revisionist seeks
time while Sri KVSD Ravi Teja, learned
counsel for the respondent submits that there
were four cases as against this respondent/accused in two of them he was discharged and two revision were pending and the remaining two cases were tried resulting in a judgment of acquittal.
