I.A.No.2 of 2024 This Interlocutory Application is filed to stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the preliminary decree and judgment dated 29.12.2023 passed in O.S.No.535 of 2014 on the file of learned XII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada.

Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides. Notice has been served to R1 to R5 and R7. Notice sent to R6, R8 to R11 to the address shown in the appeal is returned with an endorsement as 'addressee left without instructions'.

Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the material on record, this Court is inclined to grant stay of passing of final decree in pursuance of preliminary decree in O.S.No.535 of 2014 on the file of learned XII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, for a period of two months. It is made clear that all further proceedings in the Final Decree shall go on except passing of final decree.
