JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant/wife challenging the decree

of divorce granted by an Order dated 08.02.2010 in H.M.O.P.No.165 of

2007 on the file of learned III Additional District Judge, Guntur.

2. On 13.08.2024, this Court has passed the following Order:

" This appeal was filed by the wife challenging the decree of divorce granted in the petition of the husband.

2. On 22.04.2010, the interim order granted for suspension of the operation of decree.

3. The matter is listed for the first time after 2010.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant appearing through virtual mode prays for time to obtain latest instructions.

5. Sri Gollamudi Arun Kumar, learned counsel appears for respondent.

6. Post on 03.09.2024."

3. On 18.09.2024, this Court has passed the following Order:

"At the request of appellant's counsel, the matter is posted on 03.10.2024."

4. Learned counsel for the appellant appearing through virtual

mode submits that the appellant has taken back the file and also the no

objection to engage another counsel few days back.

5. The appellant has not engaged any counsel.

6. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

7. Considering the circumstances, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal

is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

8. As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
