further proceedings in E.P.No.104 of 2023 in O.S.No.96 of 11 2017 by suspending the operation of the judgment and 05 decree dated 03.07.2023 passed in O.S.No.96 of 2017 on 81

the file of the X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati.

requests this court to grant stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.104 of 2023 in O.S.No.96 of 2017 and undertakes to deposit 50% of the decreetal amount within a period of six weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondent reports no objection to grant stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.104 of 2023 in O.S.No.96 of 2017.

Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the material on record, this Court is inclined to grant stay of all further proceedings. There shall be stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.104 of 2023 in O.S.No.96 of 2017 on the file of the X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati, subject to petitioner depositing 50% of the decreetal amount on the file of the X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
