learned counsel for the appellant to make arrangements for changing vakalat.
Despite grant of time on so many occasions, no steps have been taken. On
11.11.2024, this Court, observing these facts had posted the matter today for
dismissal.
2. A mention is again made today for time to change vakalat. It is
clear that there is no serious intent to pursue this Writ Appeal.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall
be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any shall stand
closed.
