Learned claimants submits that the future prospects has been
awarded at the age of 51. The deceased was self employed. Future
prospects @ 10% has been granted .
Learned insurance company submits that the claimants has
determined based on the income tax returns (Ex.A19), which was
filed similarly on the same day on the death of the deceased, by the
Tribunal is legally sustainable.
