Addi. Junior Civil Judge, Bapatia, Guntur Dist, In CC .No.404 of 2009, dated
02.08.2011 sentencing the pefitioners to undergo rigorous imprisonment for
ane year each and to pay a fine of Rs.4,000/ by Al and Rs.1,000/- by Az in
default simple imprisonment for two manihs.

nedition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on ball by
suspending the execution of sentence passed the judgment in CrLANa. 308
of 2077, dated 1S.06.e0%2 passed by the Sessions Judges, Guntur in
confirming the conviction passed by the Addi. Jurtor Civil' Judge, Banatla,
Guntur Dist, in O.C.No 40} of 2009, dated 02.09.2011, Pending dissosal of
CRLRC 880 of 2012, on the file of the High Gourt.
The Petition coming on far hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memorandum of grounds fled in support thereat and the earler orders of the
High Court dated. 25.06.2012, made in Cr. R.C.M.P.No. 1465 of 2012 &
18.06.2084. made in CY ROMP. Notars of 2012 & 25.10 2024 made
herein, Assistant Public Prasecutar for the Respondent, the Court made the
following
ORDER:
"Pearned Assistant Public Prasecufor on the instructions
submitted by the Sub- Divisional Police Officer, Tenall submitted that the
petlioners/At and 2 are not residing In the address mentioned in the
petition and on verification, is revealed that the petitioners/AT and A2
are not residing in the said address from the past 12 years.
The Sub-Oivisional Police Officer, Tenall, is directed 'to trace out
the whereabouts of the petitioners/Al and Ag and execute the Ballable-
Warrant within one month and fie compliance report.
List the matfar on 16.72.2024. ~
The Inspector of police, Tenall is directed to appear before this
Court on 16.12.2024 at 2.75 PAL
