                               JUDGMENT

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.Suresh Reddy)

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Vijaya

Sarathi, learned counsel appearing counsel for the appellant as well

as Sri Y. Nagi Reddy, learned Public Prosecutor conjointly state that

the appellant was granted remission vide G.O.Ms.No.142, Home

(Paroles and HRC) Department, dated 26.11.2020. Accordingly, the

appellant was released from the prison on 27.11.2020.

2. In view of the above statement made by both the learned

counsel and as the appellant was already released from jail by

granting remission, no orders are required to be passed in the

present Criminal Appeal.

3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Appeal is disposed of.
