Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the appellant as well as the learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor state that the appellant/Accused No.2 was released on

27.11.2020 by granting special remission vide G.O.Ms.No.142,

Home (Paroles & HRC) Department, dated 26.11.2020. As such,

the learned counsel for the appellant states that no orders are

required to be passed in this Criminal Appeal.

2. Recording the above said submission, the present Criminal

Appeal is closed as no orders are required to be passed.
