Considering the submissions and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, there shall be interim stay of operation of Decree and Judgment passed in M.V.O.P.No.124 of 2017, dated 08.01.2024 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-Cum-II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, subject to condition that the appellant deposit 50% of the awarded amount along with proportionate costs and interests to the credit of the above O.P. within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.
