We have gone through the application seeking condonation of 65 days delay in preferring the appeal.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the delay being condoned.
We find that sufficient cause has been shown for getting the delay condoned.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
Requirement of filing the certified copy of the order, dated 01.09.2023, passed in W.P.No.22777 of 2023, is dispensed with.
Accordingly, this I.A. is disposed of.
