The learned counsel Mr.Sazid, representing on behalf of Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner requested time. There is no representation for the respondent. A perusal of records received from First Appellate Court shows that the Registry received copies of Judgments only, but not received copies of depositions of witnesses and exhibits, though it is called for.
