At the time of considering the matter, learned counsel

for the petitioner referring to the Memo dated 30.08.2024 and

the letter addressed by the petitioner dated 29.08.2024 to

him, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ

petition as the petitioner is not intending to pursue the same.

Placing the said Memo and letter of the petitioner on

record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all

pending applications shall stand closed.
