JUDGMENT:

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ninala Jayasurya)

At the time of considering the matter, it is represented

by Smt. A. Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader that the

matter is covered by the decision of Hon'ble Division Bench of

erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in

L.A.A.S No.12 of 2011 & batch dated 26.12.2014.

2. As the appeals of the State pertaining to the same

acquisition that fell for consideration in L.A.A.S No.12 of 2011

& batch are dismissed, in the light of the submission made,

the present appeal is also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all

pending applications shall stand closed.
