E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant appellant.

2. Notice was issued to the respondent pursuant to the order dated

20.11.2023.

3. As per the office report, notice sent to the respondent is received

unserved, as per postal endorsement "not known".

4. Ms. R. Durga Lathasri, learned counsel for the appellant submits that she

has no instructions from the appellant inspite of sending the letter. She submits

that under the circumstances, she is not able to argue the matter.

5. The appeal is of the year 2006.

6. The appeal is dismissed for "want of prosecution".
