The Court made the following Judgment:
This appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C against the
Decree and Judgment in A.S.No.62 of 1991 dated 31.12.2001 on
the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur, Prakasam District and
the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.159 of 1983 on the file of
Prl.District Munsif, Kandukur, Prakasam District.
02. No representation on behalf of both sides, despite direction
to get ready for disposal of the matter and the matter is coming
under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems appellant has no
interest to pursue the appeal.
03. In the result, the Appeal is dismissed for default. No order
as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, stand closed.
