             CRIMINAL PETITION No.5443 of 2024

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of BNSS, is filed

seeking to enlarge the petitioner/accused on anticipatory bail in

Crime No.209 of 2024 of Madanapalle II Town Police Station,

Annamayya District, registered for the offences punishable under

Sections 336(2), 337, 339, 303(2), 305, 317(2), 317(5) and 238 of

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha.

2. Heard Sri N.Ramesh Kumar, the learned counsel for

petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for

respondent- State

3. Perused the record.

4. Since it is seen that the offences alleged are punishable

with seven years or less than seven years, the respondent-State

is directed to comply with the mandate in Section 35(3) of BNSS

and all the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India

in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar1 and other

related rulings.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
