Judgement Date : 27 August, 2024
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH
AT AMARAVATI
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE G.NARENDAR
THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA
WRIT APPEAL NO: 383/2008
JUDGMENT:
(per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Narendar)
When the case is called, there is no representation on either side.
2. We perused the order of the original authority, which relates to grant
of pucca stage carriage permit for a period of five years between 10.10.2000 to
09.10.2005. In the Writ Petition and Writ Appeal, interim orders have been
granted. The period requested having long been over in the light of the interim
orders passed, the Writ Appeal in our considered opinion is rendered infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous, without
entering into the merits of the case. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed.
