This revision is filed questioning the order dated 01.08.2014 in E.P.No.37 of 2013 in O.S.No.641 of 2008 passed by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

2. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that no cause of action survives for consideration in this revision petition as the petitioner/judgment debtor died.

3. Noting the said submission, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
