JUDGMENT:

(per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)

This appeal was filed by the husband feeling aggrieved from the rejection

of his petition for divorce by the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool

by an order dated 24.03.2016 in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2003.

2. On 08.01.2024, the following order was passed:

"None appears.

Post after Sankranti Vacation, 2024."

3. On 30.01.2024, the following order was passed:

"At request, post next week."

4. On 03.07.2024, the following order was passed:

"Request for adjournment has been made on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant(s) on the ground of illness.

Post on 10.07.2024."

5. On 10.07.2024 the following order was passed:

"Request has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant to adjourn the matter to enable her to serve a copy of the booklet on the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Let a copy of the booklet be served.

3. Post on 18.07.2024."

6. Today, there is no representation for the appellant.

7. The matter pertains to the year 2016.

8. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for

default.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand

closed.
