JUDGMENT:
1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing,
Sri D. Siva Kumar, learned counsel representing on behalf of
Sri Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant
represented that he had addressed a letter to the party and the same was
returned with an endorsement "addressee left" and he further represented that he has no instructions from his party and requested to pass necessary orders.
The representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant is recorded.
2. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
