and submits that they have no objection for condonation of delay.
3. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the appellant and also the averments made in the Affidavit filed in support of the I.A, this application is allowed accordingly.

1. This application is filed to grant stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Decree and Judgment dated 12.04.2023 in M.V.O.P.No.761 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-VII Additional District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru including execution proceedings pending disposal of the main M.A.C.M.A.
2. Sri R.Sudheer, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the income tax returns have not been considered in proper perspective.
3. Subject to the appellant depositing 50% of the amount awarded along with interest and costs within a period of two (2) weeks before the Tribunal, no further proceedings for recoveries/execution shall be taken for the rest of the amount till the next date of listing.
