3. Perused the record, On 28.12.2079 Crime No.275 of 9019
of Thondangi Police Station, Prakasam Cistrict was registered for
the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 of IPC.
The petitioners almng with others alleged to have commitiad tho
offences prior fo 28.12.2019, Having heard both aides, it is seen
that all the offences are punishable with imprisonment of saven
years and fess than seven years. ft is, in these circumstances,
investigating Police are directed to comoly with Section 4-4
CrPC and all the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court
in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar ve. Siete of Biker and other
related rulings.
4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disnosed
