                           C.R.P.No.4409 of 2014

O R D E R:

This revision is filed questioning the order dated 18.09.2014 in

E.P.No.47 of 2014 in O.S.No.69 of 2012 passed by the Senior Civil Judge,

Amalapuram.

2. The Execution Court closed the E.P.No.47 of 2014 as not maintainable

since already there is an attachment of Rs.1,04,380/- of Judgment Debtor as

per orders in I.A.No.308 of 2014 in O.S.No.77 of 2014 before the Principal

Junior Civil Judge Court, Peddapuram. Hence the present CRP.

3. This Court does not find any error in the order of the Execution Court in

closing the Execution Petition nor the counsel could point out any flaw.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
