The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:
This appeal is directed against the order of the Chairman, Motor
Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Parvatipuram,
(hereinafter called as 'the Tribunal') in M.V.O.P.No.476 of 2012 dated
08.10.2015.
2. As seen from the proceeding sheet, dated 19.10.2023, there was no
representation on behalf of the appellant. Today, when the matter is taken up
for final hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It
appears that the petitioner has not shown any interest to prosecute the
appeal.
3. Smt.Manimma Medida, learned counsel representing
Sri Gudi Srinivasu, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 is present and
reported ready.
4. Therefore, the present appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
