                   2.      This contempt petition has been filed alleging
                   the wilful and deliberate disobedience of the
                   judgment/order     dated      02.08.2022   passed   in
                   W.P.No.2678 of 2021.
                   3.      Learned counsel for the petitioners submits
                   that the respondents have filed W.A.No.848 of 2023

along with application for condonation of delay, which is pending. The delay has also yet not been condoned. He submits that there is no interim order in the Writ Appeal against the judgment dated 02.08.2022

4. Issue notice to the respondents to file their response within a period of four (04) weeks.
