Seasons Healthcare limited by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition arising out of impugned final judgment and order dated 18.04.2022 in Crl.P.No.2340 of 2022 on the file of this Court, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings including appearance of the petitioners herein in CC No.435 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pulivendula, YSR Kadapa district, for a period of eight (8) weeks.
List the matter after six (6) weeks.
