          CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1314 of 2011

ORDER:

Sri K.V.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the

petitioner, represents that this Criminal Revision Case is filed

against the reversal judgment where the appellate Court

reversed the judgment of conviction and that the complainant

filed this Criminal Revision Case. Now, the Complainant

wanted to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case.

2. Under the circumstances, the Criminal Revision

Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
