                   and     the   learned   counsel     for   the
                   2nd respondent are present.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that due to stay granted by this Court at the inception, trial could not be completed and necessary direction may be given to the concerned. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299, stay is automatically vacated after six months and the same is not in force. The trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously in accordance with Law and conclude on or before 07.12.2023.

Post the matter on 07.12.2023.
